The fine print

Terms of use

Hot Pools Atlas is an informational directory. Using it means accepting a few reasonable terms.

Information, not advice

Listings, prices, hours, and conditions change. We research carefully and re-verify on a rolling basis, but we can't guarantee every detail is current. Always confirm with the spring before visiting — especially for wild springs, where conditions change with weather and seasons.

Soak at your own risk

Hot springs carry real risks: extreme water temperatures, uneven terrain, remote locations, and untreated water at wild springs. Nothing on this site is medical or safety advice. Read our etiquette and safety guide, follow posted rules, and use your judgment. You are responsible for your own safety.

Content

Our words and illustrations are ours; property names, photos on linked sites, and trademarks belong to their owners. Don't scrape or republish our content wholesale — link to us instead, we're friendly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hot Pools Atlas isn't liable for anything that happens on your trip — great or otherwise. We hope it's great.
